The Pharmacognosy Ontology

The Pharmacognosy Ontology (PHO) is an open ontology and its associated tools and databases describing Natural Products and pharmacognosy work.

It is currently in development, and we are soon going to publish a preliminary public version of it.

Current contributors

• Jonathan Bisson - Project leader, in charge of the ontology development its infrastructure (including this website) and the software behind it.
• James Graham - NAPRALERT-memory in charge of the knowledge transfert between NAPRALERT and PHO.
• Guido F. Pauli - Contributor and PI of the CENAPT center in which PHO emerged.
